Yuwalaya elects new executive committee under Santosh Maharjan's leadership

Outgoing president Sabin Singh (r) hands over leadership to his successor Santosh Maharjan.

Yuwalaya on Saturday, August 31, elected its new executive committee for the next two years.
The fourth general convention of the national youth-led nongovernment organisation held in Lalitpur elected the nine-member team led by Santosh Maharjan as its President.
Yuwalaya's outgoing President Sabin Singh handed over the office to Maharjan on Saturday itself.
Maharjan was the founding general secretary of the organisation. He was the vice-president of the outgoing committee.
Other members of the committee comprise the following:

Vice-President: Chetana Tulachan
General Secretary: Diwakar Pyakurel
Member Secretary: Adesh Gautam
Treasurer: Nirijana Bhatta
Members: Dharma Raj Rimal, Jaya Sah, Laxmi Bharati, Deepak Sunuwar
Immediate Past President: Sabin Singh

 Speaking at the function, Yuwalaya founding president Subash Neupane assured that former members of the Yuwalaya executive committee would always be there to support the organisation move ahead.
